Empire Outlets recently launched a specialty leasing program that is being marketed to small brands and local business owners looking for more visibility.
“Whether you’re a digital brand looking to build an in-person presence or a small business hoping to expand, our specialty leasing program is the perfect opportunity to bring attention to your product for the right price and low commitment,” BFC Partners, Empire Outlets’ developer, revealed in a statement.
The Retail Merchandising Units feature 360-degree visibility and can be customized to each user. BFC notes that many renters are taking advantage of the high-traffic commercial kiosks in preparation for the holiday season.
Empire Outlets, New York City’s first and only outlet mall, features 350,000 square feet of retail space and is anchored by stores like Nordstrom Rack and Gap Factory Store. Other onsite retailers include Aerie, Nike, Guess, H&M and Levi’s.
